My absolute favorite stop for all things Ganja oriented! Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, they’ve always got an answer for any questions I have and are always playing some absolute FIRE over the radio. 10/10 highly recommend.

I have never had a problem here before. Today the cashier was beyond unfriendly. I tried making a joke about being old enough to buy weed. 1989 born on the Oregon trail, died of dysentery. I’ve said this joke to EVERY weed store ever and ppl always laugh. This woman got offended and started making it about her and questioning her age… it was EXTREMELY odd. Then I was reminded of the cartridge return policy, which it has to be halfway full. I explain how I’m a machinist and have actually made these cartridges, worked with the engineers AND my brother used to be a part owner of Have a Heart! The cartridges with dark mouth pieces are designed so you can’t see when you’re sucking up oil… And the volume of the tube / mouth piece can actually contain MORE than half of a cartridge, if the cartridge is defective. They didn’t even let me speak and spoke over me and I was just very shaken and disturbed by the entire experience. I maintained a friendly demeanor. In reality I have a cognitively impairing disability and I felt like everyone in that store started weirdly ganging up on me, when I friendly** mentioned the difference between dark mouth tipped cartridges and transparent ones and how they are designed to actually hold more than half the cartridge in the mouth piece if it’s defective… I don’t know why that was offensive. I honestly don’t feel safe going back to this location. This was just the oddest 2nd most uncomfortable experience I’ve had in ANY public setting. I will be sticking with PRC from now on. They are MUCH friendlier and have a better return policy.

Great weed, most of the employees are awesome, but this one guy who looked like the manager rudely told me to get off my phone for some reason (apparently I looked sketchy in my business casual work attire?) I come here all the time, never been an issue before. I saw no signs about this phone policy. Never seen this guy before, but it made me not wanna come back.

I'm giving this place 2 stars, I was banned because I asked if I could exchange a product I just purchased, and they allowed it then the manager I guess on shift that day followed me outside to where my boyfriend was waiting for me because we just got out of Fred Meyers and he had our bags outside with him because I thought it would be polite to leave them outside and not bring them in and the guy follows me out and says I'm banned and I'm not sure why, in the store he said we're not really allowed to do that but the chick that was helping me was like it's fine and I got an exchange, but then he followed me outside and said I was banned and never allowed to come back, so yeah two stars is all this place is ever going to get for me and they're not getting my business again

The best Have a heart store. Employees always welcoming, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend. Rather make the trip here, over the Have a heart on Blanchard street.
